CHAPTER 14
SPECIAL PROVISIONS RELATING TO PRIVATE COMPANY

(1) Except as otherwise provided in this Act, the following matters may be provided for in a consensus agreement of a private company:


(1) Any shareholder of a private company or his/her proxy may inspect the following documents or records related to the transactions of the company during office hours:

The Government of Nepal may, by a notification in the Nepal Gazette, exempt the private company having turnover within the prescribed limit from the provisions contained in Chapter-8.
